At Beautiful Blossoms, we deliver fresh-cut flowers for retail and wholesale orders across the Philippines. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Coverage

We offer delivery within selected local areas and nationwide shipping through third-party courier, bus cargo, air cargo, or logistics partners, depending on the destination and order size.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and subject to stock availability. Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Flower type
  • Order volume
  • Seasonality
  • Delivery destination

Wholesale and bulk orders may require advance booking.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Delivery schedules may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic
  • Courier delays
  • Flight or cargo availability
  • Peak seasons
  • Provincial route limitations

4. Packing and Handling

Fresh flowers are carefully packed to help preserve quality during transit. However, because flowers are perishable, slight variations in bloom stage, petal condition, or freshness may occur upon arrival, especially for long-distance shipments.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate delivery details
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the order
  • Receiving and unpacking the flowers promptly upon arrival
  • Properly hydrating and storing flowers after delivery

We are not responsible for delays, spoilage, or failed delivery caused by incorrect shipping information or unattended deliveries.

6. Delivery Risk

Risk transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier, cargo service, or delivery partner. We are not liable for delays, mishandling, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers, though we will do our best to assist in coordinating concerns.

7. Out-of-Stock or Supply Changes

Flower availability may change quickly due to seasonality and market supply. If an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we may contact the customer to offer:

  • A substitute flower of similar value or type
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit
  • Rescheduling of the order
